Snowman Trek
The Snowman trek is best completed mid May to mid October. The Snowman trek has been described as the most difficult high altitude trek. An average of 7 hours of hiking per day, ascend anywhere from 100 meters to 1030 meters and descend 100 meters to 1450 meters per day.

The Snowman Trek is not for the casual hiker. It requires serious preparation and stamina. If you wish to attempt the Snowman Trek you must be seasoned trekkers, have past experience at altitudes of 4000 metres and be prepared for long days with steep terrain.
Rating: Extreme

 

Jomolhari Trek
The Jomolhari Trek offers great views with a combination of gentle and steep terrain. You will cross several mountain passes. On the approach to Jomolhari, long days of boulder hopping, and mud may exist (all dependent on the time of year and weather). This trek offers guests great views of spectacular mountains, towering high above your camp.
Rating: Moderate to Difficult

 

Druk Path Trek
Druk trek is a trek of remote lakes, spectacular views and minimal elevation - gain and loses. The trek takes you through Blue Pine and Fir forests and is just located outside the capital city, Thimphu. The Druk Pa trek is located between Paro and Thimphu and is ideally for those wishing to go trekking but with a limited time frame.
